On gravity

We stepped into a black hole.

‘Come with me,’ he said.
I could finally see gravity. I finally understood what it was. The only shred of humanity left. The only truth.
‘Can’t you see it?’ he whispered, ‘you’re going supernova.’
‘Why are you here?’ I asked him.
He smiled.
‘Don’t look back, it’s only just began.’ He pulled me closer and we kept on walking.
‘Open your eyes, there’s nothing to see. All you get to do is feel,’ he whispered again and put his ear on my chest.
I kissed his head and held it in my hands.
